Symptom
Customer is cold but the Quantum is warm / hot

Check: Is there any stored heat within the Quantum, I.E. the Quantum is hot /warm to the touch but no heat is being emitted

Check: Both the time and date are correct and comfort times on the UI reflects when the customer would like heat. If not the adjust the time and day settings to correspond with the current time and date, verify what program the customer is using and the times set.

Check: The room temperature on the UI, try setting it to max (26) and with “comfort on” being displayed the fan should come on within 1 minute.

Check: Fan operation (if non operational) see “fan faults”.

Check: All connections on the CC and main terminal are in place and undamaged. If not fit or replace, then cycle the power off and back on.

Check: Resistance of the room sensor and that it is plugged in correctly and is undamaged. If out of tolerance or damaged replace, if unplugged then refit, then cycle the power.

Check: Resistance of outlet duct temperature sensor and that is plugged in and undamaged. If out of tolerance or damaged replace, if unplugged then refit, then cycle the power.

Check: Bi metal assembly is not damaged and that all connections are in place. If damaged replace, if connections have come adrift then refit the connections.
