If the screen has not been covered or obstructed, then

the only other reason why the screen will have melted or warped

is if the heater was not installed correctly.

If the elements were not installed correctly, heat will build up

on the right hand side of the heater and rise up to the User Interface.

If the inner core cover was not fitted correctly, heat can escape

the core and could cause the screen to melt.

None of these are manufacturing faults and whilst we can attend,

if we find the fault was due to poor installation and not a

manufacturing fault, the visit will be chargeable!

If an engineer is attending after prior agreement with Technical Services, please ask the customer to switch the heater off at the mains at least 48hrs prior to visit to allow heater to cool down.
