Note this is VERY rare, especially “out of the box” as each heater is tested at the end of the factory line.

Cause :

• No peak supply present.

Remedy :

• Check both isolation switches on wall switched ON.

•  Check fuse in wall switch is OK. 

• Check all MCBs are switched ON. 
• Check cable terminations in fuse spur and on heater terminal block.

Cause:

Peak & off-peak supplies swapped wrong way around by installer? 

Remedy:

Symptoms will be display only works at night when off-peak supply energises.  Swap peak & off-peak cables round the correct way.

Cause:

• Switch on wall faulty. 

Remedy:

• Customer to replace 

• Replace switch from van stock / pick one up from wholesaler & fit as goodwill gesture. After all, customer may have been without heat for a while.

Cause:

• Screen accidentally unplugged from Charge Controller whilst installing. 

Remedy:

• Installer to check UI cable is correctly connected to CC board. 

Cause:

Fault with UI screen or Charge Controller.

Remedy:

Change UI & power on heater. If UI still dead, isolate mains. Check all connections to CC PCB. If suspected faulty, take photo of PCB then replace. PHOTO DATA BADGE FOR REPORT.
