Can you install Quantum RF (Series G6) on a Single Supply?

Potentially yes.....but the installer needs to read the installation manual carefully as there are certain requirements needed and the off-peak charge times must be entered into each Quantum.

They cannot install using a single supply when

• There is no "whole house switchover" in place for their off-peak tariff

• There is a variable time off-peak tariff that changes each night (excluding OVO Energy tariff via Hub control).

We still recommend installers use two supplies where possible - it reduces the chance of a heater charging when the tariff is not at the cheap rate (meter time clock drift, changes in BST/GMT etc).
